Effective on electronic acceptance.
Version date: September 19, 2026. Version: CDM-REVIEW-2026-09-19-v1.
Parties and purpose
This agreement is between Kevin Crowe, identified here as CDM, of Plant City, Florida 33567 (the “Discloser”), and the individual identified in the acceptance record (the “Reviewer”). “CDM” is a project or business identifier here; this document does not assume that a separate corporation or LLC has been formed.
In exchange for access to the private CDM pitch deck and/or the private Purple Magic review experience, Reviewer may use the confidential information solely to evaluate the products and a potential business, creative, investment or technology relationship with Discloser (the “Purpose”). Access does not obligate either party to proceed with a transaction.
Confidential information
“Confidential Information” means nonpublic information disclosed by or with the authority of Discloser through these private review experiences or related review discussions that is marked confidential or that a reasonable reviewer would understand to be confidential in context. It may include nonpublic CDM ONE / I Five workflows, VDAP designs, software demonstrations, product roadmaps, business plans, proposed deal terms, financial assumptions and nonpublic creative materials that Discloser is authorized to disclose.
This agreement does not give CDM ownership of another person’s work, likeness, name or intellectual property. Their rights remain with their respective owners.
Reviewer’s obligations
Reviewer will:
1. Use Confidential Information only for the Purpose, not to develop, commercialize or help another party develop a product or proposal using that Confidential Information without Discloser’s prior written permission.
2. Protect it with reasonable care, and at least the care used for Reviewer’s own comparable confidential information.
3. Not publish, distribute, sell, upload to outside AI tools, record, screenshot, download or reproduce Confidential Information except as specifically authorized in writing. Reviewer may keep a copy of this agreement and acceptance receipt.
4. Not share review credentials or access links. Disclosure to legal, financial or other professional advisers is permitted only when necessary for the Purpose, when those advisers are bound by confidentiality duties at least as protective, and when Reviewer remains responsible for disclosure made through them.
5. Promptly notify Discloser, using the contact through which review access was provided, of any known unauthorized use or disclosure, and reasonably cooperate in limiting further disclosure.
These obligations are restrictions on use of Confidential Information, not a general noncompete restriction on Reviewer’s independently developed work or skills.
Exceptions and required disclosures
The obligations do not apply to information Reviewer can demonstrate: (a) was lawfully known without confidentiality restrictions before disclosure; (b) becomes public through no breach of this agreement; (c) is received lawfully from a third party without a confidentiality duty; or (d) is independently developed without use of the Confidential Information.
Reviewer may disclose information as legally required, giving Discloser prompt advance notice when legally permitted and disclosing only what is required. Nothing prohibits reporting suspected unlawful activity to authorities, protected whistleblowing, or other legally protected disclosures.
Duration, deletion and ownership
For information disclosed during the first two years after acceptance, the confidentiality and limited-use obligations continue for three years after each disclosure. Information qualifying as a trade secret remains protected for as long as it qualifies under applicable law.
On written request or termination of review access, Reviewer will stop use and delete or return Confidential Information reasonably within Reviewer’s control. One archival copy may be retained only where law or professional recordkeeping duties require it, subject to continuing confidentiality; inaccessible routine backups may remain until normal deletion.
All rights remain with their owners. No license, assignment, endorsement, investment commitment or partnership is created by viewing either app or signing this agreement.
Remedies and governing law
A party may seek remedies available under applicable law, including appropriate injunctive relief where legal requirements are met. This agreement creates no automatic penalty or guaranteed court remedy.
Florida law governs, without its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes under this agreement may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida. Nothing waives a nonwaivable legal right.
This is the complete confidentiality agreement for the Purpose unless the parties have a separate signed agreement governing the same disclosure; that separate agreement controls in a conflict. Amendments require a written agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
Electronic acceptance
Reviewer must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract. Reviewer signs personally unless Discloser separately accepts documented authority for an organization. Entering an employer’s name alone does not bind that employer.
By entering their email, typing their full legal name as a signature, checking the “I agree” box that expressly includes electronic-signature consent and privacy-notice acknowledgment, and selecting Agree & Enter, Reviewer intends to sign this agreement electronically. Reviewer can save or print the agreement before signing and receive a retainable acceptance record afterward. A reviewer who does not agree may decline and leave without entering the private review.
The acceptance record includes full legal name as typed signature, email, the exact combined acknowledgment, agreement version and hash, server-recorded acceptance time, and a random acceptance identifier. The email and name are self-declared; email ownership and organization authority are not verified by this quick entry flow.

Private Review Privacy Notice
Controller: Kevin Crowe / CDM, Plant City, Florida 33567. Privacy requests should be directed to the CDM contact who supplied the review invitation.
Review entry data: The reviewer’s name, email, typed signature, acknowledgments, agreement version, acceptance time and record identifier are used to administer private review access, preserve evidence of agreement and handle access or legal requests. These records are not a marketing signup.
Storage and access: The service stores acceptance records on the server, restricts access to authorized CDM administrators and necessary hosting providers, and uses expiring access sessions. Browser-only checkboxes are not the authoritative signature record. The retention period is six years after the last private review access, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for a specific legal obligation or dispute. Ordinary technical providers may process network information to deliver and protect the service.
Assistant: Prepared app and artist answers use the saved library. General questions and up to two recent questions and answers are sent through OpenRouter to a selected free model provider. Routing requests providers that do not collect prompts for training, but this is not a promise that no operational processing or retention occurs. General AI answers can be mistaken. U.S. weather locations are sent to the National Weather Service. Browser dictation may use the browser vendor’s speech service. Do not put passwords or third-party confidential information into chat.
Choices: A reviewer may decline before signing, stop using the apps, and request access to or correction of their acceptance record through the inviting CDM contact. Requests to delete records are considered subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. The single required “I agree” checkbox expressly covers the confidentiality agreement, intent to sign electronically and acknowledgment of this privacy notice. It is not preselected. No marketing consent is requested.
